Believe it or not we are composed of electro-magnetic energetic frequencies. They are known as subtle, or, etheric energies. Just like the frequencies in the ethernet and internet, they are invisible. People generally cannot recognise, touch, or hold them.
The word ethernet is an interesting new term because we also have the very old word etheric to describe certain kinds of human energy. Picture, if you please, a Russian doll with a tiny solid body encased in lots of bigger and bigger bodies. Now consider your physical human body like the tiny solid Russian doll and all around you are invisible and different etheric bodies. Within you are invisible etheric energies such as life force energy.
Just like the information flowing through the frequencies on the ethernet, every frequency in our human etheric energy contains information. This information translates into how we feel both physically and emotionally and how mentally balanced, or unbalanced, we are.
We all have the same physical anatomy - and just as we all have an aura, we all have the subtle energetic anatomy that creates our auras. A major part of this anatomy are big vortices of subtle energy known as energy centres or chakras. I like Deepak Chopra’s description of chakras, “Chakras are junction points between consciousness and physiology. These centres of energy govern the core emotional and physical functions of your being. When these energy centres are congested or out of harmony your vital life force is unable to freely circulate, resulting in distress, disease, and lack of mind body integrity.”
The congestion Deepak Chopra is talking of is known as energy blocks. They literally block the flow of healthy life-enhancing energy flowing into our chakras to support our physical body. When you have clear uninhibited flows of life force you feel strong, healthy and energetic.
Perhaps you could consider the possibility that some people, especially trained to understand and work with the human subtle, etheric bioenergy systems, can connect with the frequencies in human bodies then locate, attract, hold, and literally take unhealthy unbalanced congested subtle energy blocks out of the human body, thus changing how the human being feels and thinks?
Through a training in Taoist meditation and understandings, to connect with the deep, ancient, wise and innocent consciousness we all have, I learned how to find and attract unhealthy energy out of people’s bodies. As an energy healer I’m a chakra specialist, working to release and clear congested energy, energy blocks. It’s pain free, it’s drug free and it’s surgery free. It can even be done in the privacy and comfort of your own home whilst I am connecting with you from mine.
NB This next section, ending with Life Force and Higher Consciousness is for the person who is on a spiritual path and has an understanding of the concepts talked about. (The section on Sound Healing is after this next section).
When the energetics of a situation are addressed, then the trauma, the discomfort, is resolved and the nervous system and behaviour come back into a state of equilibrium and balance. This brings an increase of wellness in the individual. And from that stable platform, one can then reach the higher mystical, spiritual states of consciousness that heighten effectiveness ......

Releasing Fear
I trained to work with bio-energy, learning how to connect with the deep consciousness held in the cells and electro-magnetic frequencies in your body, and how to pull heavy dense energy blocks out of people's energy fields. This was a training based on a daily discipline of chi kung and ancient Taoist meditations and energetic practices. Subsequently I developed this, and I found that the safer the space I could help create, the more energetic shifts would happen, and fear would be released. So one of the fundamental things I do is remove fear energy.
Clearing the Energy
I facilitate a space where your higher consciousness, or higher self, some might want to say soul, can reveal the dense painful stuff holding you back, preventing you from experiencing joy, and I clear it out. I simply take whatever you are ready to release out of your energy field and I recycle it. It's just like recycling garbage, except the garbage is physical, emotional, psychological, mental, and spiritual pain. The simple act of releasing and clearing heavy, light-absorbing, dense energy from your life force means this work not only restores health, it also increases your light quotient and raises your vibration.
Energy Blocks
Everything that happens to us and everything about every aspect of our higher purpose and consciousness is stored as information held within electromagnetic frequencies manifesting through our physical body and higher subtle energy bodies and chakras. When we get enough heavy dense information in the electromagnetic frequencies of our life force energy, we have an energy block. It's like the hard drive on our computer is running a really slow, difficult to use programme that stalls and stops our progress rather than supporting and facilitating our needs. Just like computer viruses, energy blocks can crash our bio-energetic system. This energy work can be compared to clearing viruses and deleting obsolete programmes on the hard drive of our computer.
When we are holding dense heavy energy we may have an intellectual understanding of what we need to release but physically, emotionally, and psychologically it can be very difficult. These energies are so dense that our light literally gets stuck in them and we find it very hard to move through them and experience change.
We know what we want to do but we always manage to hit the wall of heavy energy blocking our lives from growing and flowing. As soon as this stuff gets out of your system, and the challenges and feelings it created within you are in the recycle bin, you experience less attachment and more ease and progress in your life.
Ascension Healing
I also work in a way that some call ascension healing. This is because this space frequently involves clearing at some of the higher dimensional levels of your reality. This includes removing implants, releasing karmic knots, activating and integrating higher energies and consciousness into your physical and subtle energy bodies, and working with your crystal information and crystal body. Not only do I sense, see, feel, get a hold of, and move energy, I am able to see and work with many of the higher consciousnesses, whether from the angelic, devic, crystal or star realms, that gather to support you and to contribute to the work we do together.
Life Force and Higher Consciousness
Importantly this work helps to increase the quality and quantity of your life force energy. This is necessary for emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical health. If you are serious about remembering and realising your unlimited ability to love and to bring light into the world, then the cultivation of your life force energy is one of the cornerstones you need to build into the foundation of your ascension path. This is because on the path of self realisation you will be able to maintain and support a continuous higher state of consciousness when your pranic energy/Ka/life force energy/your personal chi energy is abundant, flowing and vibrant.
SOUND HEALING
Sound is the energy of creation. Every thought, feeling, and state of being, state of health, has a sound signature. Some traditions believe that everything that has ever happened, ever, is still hanging out on the inner planes as a sound frequency. Many of us still have words ringing in our ears, spoken in anger or sorrow, or some other dense emotion. They had the power to imprint themselves for years and years on our consciousness.
Sometimes music is so uplifting and enjoyable to us we can listen to it over and over and over again. And sometimes the sounds we love are anathema and profoundly distressing to others. Take, for instance, the sounds of "heavy metal" music. These sounds are damaging to the human energy field . They break up our auric field, creating disharmony and distressing feelings for those forced to listen to it. It is a low consciousness, harmful sound. Or the boom boxes so popular with young male drivers. That bang bang bang sound breaks up harmonious vibrations in the environment and quite literally, "lowers the tone".
Dr Maseru Emoto photographed the effects certain sounds and words have upon the consciousness held in water crystals. Unsurprisingly the sounds of composers such as Mozart created beautiful water crystals, and the sounds of heavy metal failed to produce any kind of crystal - just a dirty sludge. When you think that over 70% of your body is composed of water, then consider how important the sounds you hear actually are. They are continuously imprinting and programming all the consciousness held in your cells. It is better to listen to sounds that are harmonious and happy.
I read The Hathor Material by Tom Kenyon and Virginia Essene in 1997. I was fascinated by what the Hathors had to teach us about sound, and using sound to create different states of being. The Hathors are masters of love, sound and energy. They are also an inter-dimensional civilisation who entered this universe through Sirius and have been living on Venus. Please just keep remembering, subtle, etheric ….. just because you can’t see the energy, it doesn’t mean to say the energy doesn’t exist. A surgeon can cut open a body but will that surgeon find any emotions or feelings? Does that mean emotions and feelings don’t exist? Think huge amazingly complex and beautiful crop circles created by unseen forces, which appear almost instantaneously - and that contrary to current scientific beliefs our planet supports just about the lowest, intelligent life in this galaxy …. Maybe this universe. No offence meant but I am referring to us human beings… we are not so good at sharing and still pretty good at killing and maiming each other, and imposing our will upon other creatures and people. This behavior, my love, is primitive.
I digress …… The Hathors teach us that everything has a sound signature. Most of us are aware of the sounds of anger, grief, and laughter, yet every state of ease or dis-ease, every feeling state, has its own particular sound signature. The Hathors tell us we can use the sound signature of feelings to create them. We can also create resonant sound frequencies with our voice and heal physical distress in our bodies.
When I first came across this idea I felt as if someone had got a good hold of me and had tugged me towards them. Yet I also found it disconcertingly difficult to begin to take this information from a theory into a practice. It felt too hard to even try to do it.
In the wonderful way the universe responds to us, I found myself training as a sound healer with Tom Kenyon, co-author of The Hathor Material and creator of Acoustic Brain Research. I learned to tone, a simple start and way into sounding for healing. I learned how to focus my attention and intention upon health challenges in the physical body using my voice to unravel and release heavy energy, assisting the body to return to health. With practice my sound healing developed to working with other deep hidden material.
I experientially understand and know sound has the ability to travel and enter places that other modalities cannot reach. I know sound frequencies are an enormously powerful healing tool. Now I work with sound in the way of The Hathors. I even sound etherically, or use my voice aloud when I engage in distance work. In my experience to date if there is something really deep or difficult to work with that needs shifting, sound can reach it. I believe sound is an incredible vehicle for manifestation and healing.
Hathor sound healing works by intuitively manifesting a sound frequency which matches and resonates with whatever is painful and held within blocked dense energy frequencies. The resonant frequency created by the intuitive voice spirals into the blocked energy information, unravelling and dissolving it. All gone. How simple and incredibly powerful it that? And it is simply the human instrument that does it. Nothing else, no fancy gizmos, nothing. It really is proof that everything we need is within us.
