We are in an inbetween place, somewhere between where we were,
and where we are going to. And we are in a place, an incarnation, an
era, of enormous potential for self realisation.

This incarnation presents a wonderful and, according to some traditions,
rare opportunity for enlightenment. For one thing you are in a human body.
That is a prerequisite. In the Vedic understanding we are in the Kali Yuga,
which is the last in a cosmic cycle of yugas. In some yugas we can spend
a very very long time and a huge amount of effort and create hardly any
perceptible spiritual return or growth. This is because the nature of the yuga
means enormous discipline, application, repetition and effort are required
over hundreds of incarnations to gain even a tiny rise in consciousness.
Just as the nature of a lie is that it can only grow bigger, the nature of the Kali
Yuga is that evolution can happen incredibly, amazingly, rapidly.

Tibet was a forbidden land when I was a junior schoolgirl. It was a secret,
kinda magical Shangri La Shamballa type place. Now we know that before
the invasion everybody in Tibet practised harmlessness and loving kindness.
The whole nation, the entire land, it was their way of life. So they are really
special huh. And it is still the Tibetans way for those who continue to live in
Tibet and those living in exile.

Since the Chinese invasion these people have paid a heavy price in hardship,
loss, desecration, pain and partings. The silver lining in that dark invading storm
cloud is that in just one generation the knowledge, teachings and traditions of
Tibetan Buddhism have come out of seclusion and are spreading throughout the
world. We experience the blessing of enlightened Tibetan masters embodying
the energies, wisdom and knowledge of all their lineage, living, teaching, and
publishing in the west. Its absolutely huge, incredibly uplifting, and It has happened
in the flash of an eye. And its not just the Tibetan wisdom which is steadily rising
and flowing through our western spiritual awareness, but it is the example I use
to show you the Kali Yuga energetically supports our mass awakening.

To experience the wondrous, vast yet for many of us elusive, unconditionally
loving and all encompassing nature of the reality, means we live in a certain way.
Our choices both consciously and unconsciously define the way in which we live
and experience our life.

How then can we support our self-realisation, enlightenment, our journey through
ascension? We need to cultivate, increase, refine, and clarify our subtle energies.
Why? Two reasons. One, when we cultivate our chi, our prana, mana, life force,
holy spirit, whatever name you use, we are creating energetic conditions which
support health, clarity, vibrancy, stillness and non-attachment.

It is just plain difficult to maintain a high level of consciousness when our subtle
energies are blocked and do not flow. We fall into the gaps, and the sticky bits,
the places where the stuff in our energy blocks pops out and smacks us about.
It really is impossible to maintain a consistently high level of consciousness when
our subtle energy has stuff in it. Can you do it? We cannot attain enlightenment
with baggage, unfinished business, or attachments. Wont happen.

Secondly, we are moving into a higher frequency bandwidth whose very nature
is that our thoughts instantly manifest. Instant manifestation, for some folk, is gonna
be a very scarey place because they have got real scarey thoughts. They have
lots of fear, lots of things that scare them. Their thoughts will manifest their fears,
like terrifying nightmare stuff, but they aint gonna wake up and be safely back in
their body. They are already awake, moment by moment creating their reality,
just like the lie - getting bigger and bigger, worse and worse. Baggage, attachments,
energy blocks, illusion ..... they all compromise our ability to manifest and create authentically.

Everything is energy, therefore the quality and quantity of our subtle energy
is fundamental to how we make our experience. I aint Snow White. But I do
know the difference paying attention to my energy makes in my life. Cleaning and
clearing our subtle energies is a hands on doing thing on the way to becoming a
being thing on the way to absolute beingness.

During my winter stillness I read a smashing wee book called Peles Wish written
by Sondra Ray and published by Inner Ocean. Pele is the Hawaiian goddess and
She-Who-Shapes-The-Sacred-Land. In Peles Wish and with Kahuna guide Puanani
Mahoe, Sondra Ray explores the Kahuna teachings. The Kahuna are the
Hawaiian masters, who hold and teach their spiritual traditions and understandings of how to live.

One sentence really jumped out at me. It was about the importance the
Kahuna place upon cultivating and guarding their mana. She wrote that for
the Kahuna it is the most important thing they do. Building mana is something the
Kahuna do before they pray or do ceremony. The mana is sent to their Higher Self
to use in manifesting the work they are doing. There is an exercise to build mana in
the Kahuna way in this book. All you have to do is breathe in a certain way. Do I wish
I had known this stuff a long time ago? Yeah. Is it useful, does it work, is it easy? YEAH.
An invalid can lie in bed and do this stuff.

Last week I was doing some earth healing with a small group of friends. I took this
wonderful mana building breath in and, before we put our intention and energy to the
healing of our land, we sat and breathed following the simple instructions, building our mana.
We did it for quite a while. After a time I opened my eyes. First off I was seeing energy
manifesting and taking it for granted. Then .... Wow. Each woman was manifesting
exactly the same energy, with exactly the same shape and exactly the same colour,
at the same chakra, and each energetic manifestation moved and behaved in exactly
the same way, and it seemed to me, took exactly the same time to do it. I could see it
was doing exactly what it was created to do.

Below are three astonishing experiments with DNA which prove that DNA
can heal itself according to the "feelings" of the individual (as reported recently
by Gregg Braden). In his recent program entitled Healing Hearts/Healing Nations:
The Science of Peace and the
Power of Prayer, Gregg Braden discussed how we lost huge amounts of
information in the past from ancient spiritual traditions (when the library at
Alexandria burned we lost at least 532,000 documents),
and that there may be information in those traditions which could help us
understand some of the mysteries of science. To this end he reported on three

very interesting experiments. Gregg Braden started
off as a scientist and engineer, before he began pursuing these larger questions.

EXPERIMENT 1

The first experiment reported was done by Dr.Vladimir Poponin, a quantum biologist.
In this experiment, first a container was emptied (ie a vacuum was created within it),
and then the only thing left photons (particles of light) they measured the distribution
(ie the location) of the photons and found they were completely random inside the container.
This was the expected result. Then some DNA was placed inside the container and the
distribution (location) of the photons was remeasured. This time the photons were LINED
UP in an ORDERED way and aligned with the DNA. In other words the physical DNA had an
effect on the non-physical photons.

After that, the DNA was removed from the container, and the distribution of the photons
was remeasured again. The photons REMAINED ORDERED and lined up where the DNA had
been. What are the light particles connected to?

Gregg Braden says we are forced to accept the possibility that some NEW field of energy,
a web of energy, is there and the DNA is communicating with the photons through this energy.

EXPERIMENT 2

These were experiments done by the military. Leukocytes (white blood cells) were
collected for DNA from donors and placed into chambers so they could measure electrical
changes. In this experiment, the donor was placed in one room and subjected to "emotional
stimulation" consisting of video clips, which generated different emotions in the donor. The
DNA was placed in a different room in the same building. Both the donor and his DNA were
monitored and as the donor exhibited emotional peaks or valleys (measured by electrical responses),
the DNA exhibited the IDENTICAL RESPONSES AT THE EXACT SAME TIME.
There was no lag time,
no transmission time. The DNA peaks and valleys EXACTLY MATCHED the peaks and valleys of
the donor in time. The military wanted to see how far away they could separate the donor from
his DNA and still get this effect. They stopped testing after they separated the DNA and the donor
by 50 miles and STILL had the SAME result. No lag time; no transmission time.

The DNA and the donor had the same identical responses in time. What can this mean? Gregg
Braden says it means that living cells communicate through a previously unrecognized form of
energy. This energy is not affected by time and distance. This is a non-local form of energy,
an energy that already exists everywhere, all the time.

EXPERIMENT 3

The third experiment was done by the Institute of Heart Math

and the paper that was
written about this was titled: Local and Non local Effects of Coherent Heart Frequencies
on Conformational Changes of DNA. (Disregard the title! The info is incredible.)

This is the experiment that relates directly to the anthrax situation. In this experiment,
some human placenta DNA (the most pristine form of DNA) was placed in a container
from which they could measure changes in the DNA. Twenty-eight vials of DNA were
given (one each) to 28 trained researchers. Each researcher had been trained how to
generate and FEEL feelings, and they each had strong emotions.

What was discovered was that the DNA CHANGED ITS SHAPE according to the feelings
of the researchers.

When the researchers FELT gratitude, love and appreciation, the DNA responded by
RELAXING and the strands unwound. The length of the DNA became longer.

When the researchers FELT anger, fear, frustration, or stress, the DNA responded by
TIGHTENING UP. It became shorter and SWITCHED OFF many of our DNA codes! If
you've ever felt "shut down" by negative emotions, now you know why your body
was equally shut down too. The shut down of the DNA codes was reversed and the

codes were switched back on again when feelings of love, joy, gratitude and appreciation

were felt by the researchers.

This experiment was later followed up by testing HIV positive patients. They discovered

that feelings of love, gratitude and appreciation created 300,000 TIMES the RESISTANCE
they had without those feelings. So here's the answer to what can help you stay well,
no matter what dreadful virus or bacteria may be floating around. Stay in feelings of joy,
love, gratitude and appreciation!

These emotional changes went beyond the effects of electro-magnetics. Individuals
trained in deep love were able to change the shape of their DNA. Gregg Braden says this
illustrates a new recognized form of energy that connects all of creation. This energy
appears to be a TIGHTLY WOVEN WEB that connects all matter. Essentially we're able to
influence this web of creation through our VIBRATION.

SUMMARY

What do the results of these experiments have to do with our present situation?
This is the science behind how we can choose a timeline to stay safe, no matter
what else is happening. As Gregg explains in The Isaiah Effect, basically time is not
just linear (past, present and future), but it also has depth. The depth of time consists
of all the possible prayers and timelines that could ever be prayed or exist. Essentially,
all our prayers have already been answered. We just activate the one we're living through
our FEELINGS. THIS is how we create our reality - by choosing it with our feelings.
Our feelings are activating the timeline via the web of creation, which connects all of the
energy and matter of the Universe.

Remember that the law of the Universe is that we attract what we focus on. If you are
focused on fearing whatever may come, you are sending a strong message to the
Universe to send you whatever you fear. Instead if you can get yourself into feelings
of joy, love, appreciation or gratitude, and focus on bringing more of that into your life,
you are going to avoid the negative stuff automatically.

You will be choosing a different TIMELINE with your feelings.

You can prevent getting anthrax or any other flu, virus, etc, by staying in these
positive feelings, which maintains an incredibly strong immune system.

So here's your protection for whatever comes: Find something to be happy about
every day, and every hour if possible, moment-to-moment, even if only for a few
minutes. This is the easiest and best protection you can have. If nothing else, be

In order for you to do this, you must find a way to transcend your own limitations, and by this we

mean the limitations of your thinking, which have been imposed by your institutions, your governments,

and your religions. You must find ways to transcend the messages of fear and terror projected

into human consciousness by the events that are unfolding before you and by the manipulators of

these events who are unseen. If you are to survive this period, you must transcend what is happening,

There are no magic ways to do this. Each of you has several pathways that will lead you to the

still-point of your own consciousness, to the realization of your own divinity; and from that place

you can more easily detach yourself from the events that unfold around you. You will have learned

to transcend the world. One of your great spiritual teachers once said, "Be in the world, but not of

the world." This is very good advice in the coming times which are now upon you.

But it is not enough to simply detach your self and transcend the world. You must also transform

the world, and we speak not here of the greater world, for that is beyond your ability to affect.

We mean the world right around you, your local community of friends, loved ones, and the earth

that is actually beneath your feet. This is the world that we speak of, and this is the world you must

transform even as the greater world seems to deteriorate and fall apart all around you. This shall

take a great degree of spiritual mastery. We are not saying that it is or will be easy, but we are

saying it is absolutely imperative that you transcend and transform your world, both together --

And so when you find yourself disheartened at the state of the world, our advice to you is to

transcend this self-indulgence, to transcend the manipulation and sense of isolation that is being

projected upon you, to transcend the group mind form. This is tricky business because you must

find your own path into the joy of your heart, even in the midst of suffering that may be around you.

There will be times in the coming years when spiritually sensitive individuals will feel the desire to

give up. This is the time to re-inspire yourself, and how you do this is up to you, but we do have

earth underneath your feet, to your local community, to your friends, to the strangers who live

around you, to your loved ones. Discover what you can do to make that world in which you live

a better place. These things are very simple actually. It could be a smile, a comforting word, offering

a space for a car making a turn in front of you; it could be offering food to someone who is hungry;

it can be turning off your television mind control device, and playing with your children or your pets.

It could be planting a tree. The list of opportunities to affect the world that is right around you is

endless, and then you will find yourself re-connecting to your local community, even as the forces

On Tuesday there is the worldwide meditation for Fire the Grid.
There's been stuff flying around about how the forces of darkness
are manipulating this event, feeding off of it, and therefore we
shouldn't participate.

In the last century (heheheh) I attended some trainings given by the
National Federation of Spiritual Healers. There was one beautiful teacher
who regularly started her talk by exhorting us .....You are Pillars of Light
shining in the darkness. Yeah yeah, I used to think. Some years later, one
summer evening when I was leaning out of my bedroom window looking
at the night sky and stars, I decided to try a technique Jamie Lee Sams
had written about. It was how she was taught, as a child, to see energy.
It was a beautiful night and I started to focus on some big wild cherry trees
at the bottom of my garden. I could see the energies around the trees.
Nothing new in that. After a while I became aware of an enormous searchlight,
such as we see planes shining on cities in the movies, shining down on me.
I looked up to see if I could see the plane or helicopter. There was nothing.
I went back to looking at the energy as she had written. The same thing
happened, this enormous bright light shone down upon me. Again, no
vehicle when I looked up. I started over a third time. Same thing, same
light but different reaction from me. This time I didn't look up. I twigged
I was tuning into energy so I just broadened my focus and lo and behold ....
there was no plane shining a light down on me. My practice of invoking the
Pillar of Light had been so effective that what I had tuned into was the Pillar
of Light I had created around and above me. I dare say it went down into the Earth.

Well, I was really taken aback. It was so big and so great and so bright.
But I realized something important. This light was so great that it could be
seen on the Inner Planes for many many miles around. When I worked out
how far it could be seen I realized I might be a Pillar of Light shining in the
darkness, but I was also beaming out to the forces of darkness. Hey guys,
I'm here . Yup, just hanging, beaming it out, anyone who wants to drop in
and jerk me around a bit. Kinda shocking huh.

Our light is so visible that if we walk around shining it out ANYTHING can
see us on the Inner Planes. Stuff that we don't want to attract can see us.
And that means we have to be vigilant and strong and intend, yes, intend,
what is allowed in our energy fields. I intend the forces of peace, truth,
harmony, and unconditional love can come in. That means that I am prohibiting
anything that is not of these energies, from entering my space.  I also intend
that I am invisible except to those that need to see me. (But that's my personal
stuff after the shock of seeing what I was putting out there). And you know,
if dark stuff needs to see me that's OK.   I keep my eyes peeled and my senses open.
This stuff jostles at us and if I become aware of it then I tell it to **** off.

When I do healing work I always qualify what I call in. It has to be working
from a continuous state of 100% unconditional love and light. I do other
stuff as well but we really do need to housekeep ourselves. Why not?
I mean we clean our houses, wash our windows, our clothes, our household
linens, clean our floors, sinks and so on, why do so many of us ignore our
personal energies and energy fields? We can be so into boundaries in 3D,
density, locking doors, shutting gates, yet leave them wide open for the
worst kinds of crap in the etheric. If you binge drink and/or do drugs that
mean you lose consciousness or become careless of your basic needs then
be aware that you are wide open to all sorts of astral garbage. It just walks in.
Oh yeah, party time. Check out the energy fields of alcoholics and drug addicts.
On second thoughts ...... best not to.

And just to be clear, when our hearts are clear and open, when we are fearless,
when our light beams brightly from every chakra then all we need to do is shine
and love. It's that simple. But we gotta get there .... and it is happening.
The worldwide Fire the Grid meditation propels us forward. It's a scientific fact
(sic) that group meditation lowers crime rates and violence. Ergo, it increases

I'm a real sceptical person. I like to experience stuff for myself before I really
